Using Interlibrary Loan for Articles, Conference Proceedings and Books
ILLiad (Interlibrary Loan Internet Accessible Database) is the resource sharing management software used by the Jackson Library to process and manage all interlibrary loan (ILL) requests. Through ILLiad, you can make and track requests, receive and renew requests, view borrowing history and due dates all in one convenient platform.
All university faculty, staff and students have an ILL account. You may access ILLiad directly by going to: https://illiad.indwes.edu and submit a request or via the Request this item through Interlibrary Loan link.
If you have already authenticated with the myIWU portal, then the link will take you directly to ILLIad and complete the form information for you. If you haven't authenticated, then you'll be taken to the IWU authentication page to enter your IWU email and password, then ILLIad will open.
