InterLibrary Loan, or ILL, borrows books and obtains copies of journal articles that the Jackson Library does not have access to online or in paper.
ILL Policies
- ILL is available for current IWU faculty, staff, and students.
- This service is intended for education and research, not leisure and popular reading.
- We do not borrow textbooks from other libraries.
- Overdue ILL materials must be returned before further items may be borrowed.
- Requests may be limited to 25 active requests per user.
- Articles and book chapters will be scanned and delivered as a PDF file.
- Items not returned by the due date will incur a fine of $1.00 per day.
