Replacement charges are billed after ten days overdue. Once the item is returned, the replacement charge is waived. Only overdue fees remain.

Interlibrary Loan
Policies for Interlibrary Loan
- ILL is available for current IWU faculty, staff, and students.
- This service is intended for education and research, not leisure and popular reading.
- We do not borrow textbooks from other libraries.
- Overdue ILL materials must be returned before further items may be borrowed.
- Requests may be limited to 25 active requests per user.
- Articles and book chapters will be scanned and delivered as a PDF file.
- Items not returned by the due date will incur a fine of $1.00 per day.
Course Reserves
Indiana Wesleyan University Faculty may place personal materials or materials owned by the Jackson Library on Reserve. Placing items on Reserve allows the professor to limit the check-out length of selected materials to make them readily available to all students in the course. Placing items on Reserve also enables the Jackson Library to facilitate the circulation of items not owned by the Jackson Library. Reserve materials are available at the Circulation Desk at the Jackson Library and may be searched by the professor’s name in the Library Catalog.
College-Level Examination Program® (CLEP) guides are available for a 4-day checkout period at the Circulation Desk. CLEP guides contain practice questions and tests for all subjects. CLEP exams let you test out of introductory courses and move to more advanced courses sooner, saving time toward your degree.
Access from Off-Campus
Off-campus access to library databases and Interlibrary Loan for current IWU faculty, staff, and students is granted by using your IWU email address and password. If you haven't authenticated, you will be prompted to sign in when you search the databases.
Off-campus access to your library account to renew books and materials and request items is accessed by going to My Library Account. Select IWU SSO Login -- if you haven't authenticated with your IWU Sign In and you will be taken to the main IWU login page, otherwise just select the IWU SSO Login button.
