Print, Copy, Scan and Fax

Printer/Scanner/Photocopier machines are located on the Main Level of the Library (both color and black & white)

Detailed instructions are posted at each copier. Feel free to ask Library Staff for assistance!

Documents may be printed from one of the computers in the Library or another IWU computer lab and sent to the "Follow Me" printer. Jobs may be released at printers across campus. Print jobs using your personal computer or mobile device must use Web Print. For instructions on how to use Web Print see the KB article: How to use Web Print to print remotely.

Students receive $5.00 per year on their print account. Additional cash funds may be added to the print account by going to the Circulation Desk in the library. Funds added by credit or debit must be done by using your print account. Cost

$.05 per page for Black & White
$.25 per page for Color

Students:	After clicking Print, enter your IWU network ID to pay for printing using your Print Account
Faculty/Staff:	Request a Guest Printing Card at the Circulation Desk to print/photocopy in the Library. Credit may be added by providing an IWU department account number or using cash or check.
Guests:	Request a Guest Printing Card at the Circulation Desk to print/photocopy in the Library. Credit may be added using cash or check

Computers in the Library

Main Floor: 30 computers (PC) and 6 Macs available for public use.

Headphones, phone chargers, and other peripheral equipment available for checkout at Circulation Desk and Media Services Desk.

Wireless access is available at the Library via the University's network. See IWU WiFi for guidelines, set-up information, and technical standards.

Macintosh Applications include: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Fireworks, Media Player CS4, GarageBand, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Document Connection, Entourage, and Messenger)

One Button Studio

The One Button Studio, located in the Jackson Library at Indiana Wesleyan University, is a simplified video recording setup that can be used without any previous video production experience. The design of the studio allows you to create high-quality and polished video projects without having to know anything about lights and cameras. You only need to bring your flash drive with you and push a single button.
