For immediate classroom needs, please call x2209 and select Option 9.  Calls received using Option 9 will be answered immediately.  If a remote solution is not possible, Classroom Technology Services staff will be dispatched immediately.

Our goal is to respond to and correct classroom technology related problems within 15 minutes.  Please do not select Option 9 if your issue is not urgent in nature.

What if my issue cannot be resolved within 15 minutes?

On the rare occasion when a repair requires more time (e.g., projector not functioning, or more troubleshooting is needed), Classroom Technology Services Staff will search for an open room and, if acceptable to the instructor, move the affected class.
