Add Money to Print Account
You can add more money to your IWU Print Account:
- With Credit Card - Online
- With Cash or Check - Library Circulation Desk or Media Services Desk

If you are unable to login, contact the IWU IT Support Center or ask for help at the Library Circulation Desk.

Standard 8.5”x11” printing only available in Library. Larger format printing available in the IWU Print Shop in Maxwell.
How to pay for printing:

IWU Students: Use any Library computer and enter in your IWU username and password. Go to any printer and swipe your ID card. The first time you do this you may need to associate your username and password with your card. This deducts from your IWU Print Account.

IWU Faculty/Staff: Follow the instructions posted by any Library computer to print to the Guest Printer using the Guest Login. Pick up prints at Circulation Desk paying with cash, check or charge to your IWU Department (account number required).

Guests: Follow the instructions posted by any Library computer to print to the Guest Printer using the Guest Login. Pick up prints at Circulation Desk paying with cash or check.
About your IWU Print Account

Only students may use the IWU Print Account to print in the Library.

Student Print Accounts are automatically credited with $5.00 at the beginning of each school year (not semester). This amount will not roll over to the next school year.

Additional funds may be added to the Print Account via cash, check or credit card. This money will roll over to the next school year.

Account history can be viewed online.
